All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at novaleishop@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at novaleishop@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down and make it right — whether that means following up with the carrier or arranging a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify an order once it has been dispatched, and we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
